Marriage settlement between Robert Lane and Mildred Bourchier; to secure yearly rent charges of £1000 to Robert Lane and an annual sum of £200 to Harriet Lane.

To the said earl of Aylesford and Christopher Dawney and other trustees (for the various parts of the estate) to the use of the said Robert for his natural life, then to Mildred for life, then to the heirs of her body for ever.
