Administrative / Biographical History
This series of photographs comprises original sepia prints of Petrograd Steamers' ships and also modern reproductions made later in the 20th century, likely by the Ben Line group. One set of photographs contains a supply note and a business card for Alec Peill, Ben Line Group public relations manager, dated 1984. Several of the reproductions have reproduction notes on a sticker on the back which are used to instruct a printer for a book or magazine.
