Also includes official notice of the renumbering/naming of the house and street, referencing council resolutions dated 6 Nov. 1958 and 5 Feb. 1959, to the effect that Hanover Street, St George Street, St George Terrace, Ffynone Street and Ffynone Terrace became known as Hanover Street, and no. 44 St George Street would be known as 102 Hanover Street, Swansea from 1 August 1960. Also included, presumably by mistake, is a conveyance in trust, from David Parry to John Jenkins, of five cottages and gardens situated in the borough of Talgarth, Breconshire, dated 22 Jan. 1875.
