Ward to Noah James Hawes dated 1 Jan. 1885, from Lavinia and Ellen Hawes to William Lewis Jones dated 15 Dec. 1904, from William Walker Jones to Geraldo Alfred Pelosi dated 10 Sep. 1948, from G. A. Pelosi to Coastal Accommodations Ltd. dated 10 Jan. 1951, from Coastal Accommodations Ltd. to Mrs Annie Wootten dated 22 May 1951, from Mrs Annie Wootten to the Rev. Arnold Walford Deakin dated 29 Sep. 1958, from the Rev. A. W. Deakin to John Philip Illtyd David and Megan Gwendolen Pryse David dated 21 Jan. 1959, and from J. P. I. David and M. G. P. David to Anne Maud Morgan dated 7 Nov. 1961; also copy probate of the will of William Lewis Jones dated 16 Apr. 1915 and transfer, from Mrs A. M. Morgan to Mrs S. M. Waldie dated 18 Apr. 1985, and estate agent's sales particulars in relation to a sale of the property to Carole and Brynmor Davies with a note that it was used as a student let. Also includes official notice of the renumbering/naming of the house and street, referencing council resolutions dated 6 Nov. 1958 and 5 Feb. 1959, to the effect that Hanover Street, St George Street, St George Terrace, Ffynone Street and Ffynone Terrace became known as Hanover Street, and no. 44 St George Street would be known as 102 Hanover Street, Swansea from 1 August 1960. Also included, presumably by mistake, is a conveyance in trust, from David Parry to John Jenkins, of five cottages and gardens situated in the borough of Talgarth, Breconshire, dated 22 Jan. 1875.D/D Z 1133/1
