Programmes

This class consists of programmes for plays and other events, notably a series of programmes for productions of Nicholson's own verse dramas by various amateur and professional theatre groups, mostly in Britain but also including one Danish and two American productions (NCN9/1). Also included are programmes for: other dramatic productions, presumably attended by Nicholson; Cumbrian school concerts and prize-givings at which Nicholson gave addresses or presented prizes; and miscellaneous events, largely Cumbrian celebrations to mark Wordsworth anniversaries. The class is divided into four sub-classes according to the nature of the events concerned.
