Papers created by, or relating to, the principal's office and executive groups.

There was considerable overlap between the principal's office and governing bodies over the course of the institution's history. For example, the principal's office and board of governors shared a secretary for many years, and Board and Corporation papers were often interfiled. The Finance Committee (later Finance and General Purposes Committee) was also overseen from the principal's office, hence its inclusion in this subfonds.
