Harradan writing from Torquay. Would like very much to discuss Olive Schreiner's book. 'Some of it very fine and a great deal long winded. I feel sure she would never have published it in that form and I could hit her husband'. Wants Daisy and her mother to have a look at her (Beatrice's) new book 'Rachel' because a little of her mother's temperament is in mother of leading man. Asks for help in contacting Mrs. Hornsby Lewis a militant living near Marlow. Wants to contact her on behalf of Bedford College.
