Mostly in the hand of Dr William Thomas (Amphlett, I (1895), 24-5), with autograph notes by Habington on Battenhall, fols. 91-2v, and civic officers, fols. 212v-13. The accounts of William Sandys's waterworks at Evesham, fols. 210, 293, may also derive from Habington (Amphlett, II (1899), 468-9), although fol. 210 is said to have been transcribed by George Ballard, 1737, from a MS of Elizabeth Elstob.
