Bound volume containing French songs with guitar accompaniments, all published in Paris, France, unless otherwise indicated. Manuscript inscription inside flyleaf in two hands: 'Sophia Bosanquet to [her youngest niece] Lucy E Broadwood, August 1877'. Several of the printed songs have lithographed pictorial title pages. There are pencilled manuscript annotations on some of the songs indicating their nature, eg: 'assez jolie', 'assez bien'.
