Records relating to Glanymor Old People's Home, Penmaen Glanymor Old People's Home began life as the Gower Union Workhouse. From 1931 it was administered by Glamorgan County Council, first of all as a workhouse run by a public assistance committee, but from 1948 as an old people's home. The records listed here include many that overlap different phases of the institution's history.
