(Pauper upkeep, parish of Llanfachraeth, pp. 42-43).
These were ostensibly written by Owen Jones, son of John Owen. They are not so carefully written, and not very conveniently classified. The more important entries are those on pp. 6, 8 (ricks of hay and stacks of corn, 1815), and pp. 7, 9, 11, 13, which give a catalogue of payments and income for 1815-1817. Owen Jones sold not a little oats to John Paynter of the Mona Mill Coy. (cp. Bangor Ms. 578, pp. 6, 8, &c).
