1) Map of the electoral district of Balaclava, Victoria, inserted at pp.20-21

2) Centrefold from The Sun, 23 Aug 1943. The central spread has numerous photos relating to the 1943 election, the reverse gives the Victorian election results.

3) Press cuttings relating to the Constitution of the Council for Women in War Work: Argus, 24 Aug 1943; The Herald, 25 Aug 1943, The Herald, 21 Aug 1943; The Herald, 23 Sep 1943; The Herald, 25 Aug 1943;The Herald, 25 Aug 1943; The Age, 31 July 1943; The Herald, 23 Aug 1943; The Age, 25 Aug 1943, inserted at pp.36-37 [Some of these items are not available for research as they are too fragile to produce in the Reading Room]
