Scope and Content

Scrapbook. Includes press cuttings from Woman (later The Social Review), Women's Work, Animal World, Women's Suffrage Journal. Items relate mainly but not entirely to women's suffrage and women's rights, many of them written by Helen Blackburn.

The scrapbook contained the following inserts:

1) Press cutting from The Woman's Suffrage Journal, 1 Feb 1878 pp.21-22, inserted at pp. 14-15

2) Press cutting: 'Womanhood suffrage a danger to liberty', from The Liberty Review, inserted at pp. 38-39
