Hutchinson Thomas is an amalgamation of two well established solicitors practices based in Neath. Messrs L C Thomas & Son, founded in 1872, merged in 1999 with Messrs R B Hutchinson Morris & Harrett, which traces its roots back to the early part of the 20th Century. The solicitors serve the community of Neath and surrounding districts.

The deeds of each house were kept together, and the list reflects this. The deed packets have retained their original numbering where possible. Where a deed packet had no original number it has been given the next available number in alphabetical sequence. The deed packets relating to properties in other Welsh counties and properties in England have been arranged alphabetically by street.
