LEASE of all that messuage or tenement and lands with the appurtenances formerly commonly called and known by the name of Rhiwlas theretofore in the tenure or occupation of David Cadwalader, his undertenants or assigns and now commonly called and known by the name of Tyrcadwalader. Also, all that other messuage of tenement and lands with the appurtenances formerly called and known by the name of Rhiwlas theretofore in the tenure or occupation of William Walter, his undertenants or assigns but now commonly called and known by the name of Pistyllgwynne. Also, all those two pieces or parcels of land together with a site of an old water corn Grist Mill which formerly stood thereupon which said pieces or parcels of land lay on the Southeast of and adjourn the said tenement of land called Pistyllgwynne and now form part thereof. And also, all that close piece or parcel of land called Llainhir containing by admeasurement three roods and thirty perches be the same more or less being formerly part and parcel of a certain tenement of land called Pantyclay but now forming part and parcel of the said tenement of lands called Tyrcadwalader.
