Scope and Content

1. Jane Price of the town of Llandilofawr in the County of Carmarthen, widow.

2. Prothero Griffiths of the town of Llandilofawr aforesaid, gent. (grandson and deviset named and appointed by the last will and testament of David Prothero late of Llandilofawr aforesaid, skinner, deceased) and Elizabeth the wife of the said Prothero Griffiths of the second part.

3. Thomas James of the town of Neath in the County of Glammorgan, skinner, and Alice his wife, and Jenkin Morgan of the parish of Llandilofawr in the County of Carmarthen aforesaid, tanner and Susannah his wife (which said Alice James and Susannah Morgan are the only children and coheirs at law of the said David Prothero deceased)

4. Richard Jones Llwyd of Pantglas in the parish of Llanfynidd in the County of Carmarthen aforesaid, esq.

LEASE of all that messuage, tenement and lands with the appurtenances commonly called and known by the name of Tyr Cyd otherwise called Glanydwr, situate lying and being in the parish of Llandilofawr aforesaid in the said County of Carmarthen, now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Jenkin William Davies and Mary Llewelyn, widow.

Consideration: One peppercorn.
