Letter from James Alexander, Treasurer, to Henry Thomas Colebrooke, Director, to inform him of the prospective sale of £400 worth of 3% consols on the instructions of the Acting Secretary. Colebrooke's 'signature and power' is requested and the form to be returned to the Treasurer. (Found on page 41)
