On letter headed with Victoria Press heading. Requesting his permission to place his name among the Vice Presidents of the proposed Training Institute (In 1861 was founded the Female Middle Class Emigration Society) 'as signifying his Grace's interest in an undertaking of great importance to middle class homes.'
