1. David ap Richard of Ystymgynan, co. Mont., and Reignald Thomas of Bodynfol, gent. 2. Thomas Davies the elder of Lower Hordley, Shropshire, yeoman. Mortgage of y Bylche, with the mansion house wherein Roger Benion did dwell, Tyddin Robert ap Ievan ap Morris, and the parcels of land called y Cae nessa ir tu, y Close, yr Erw gefnog, Cae Bedw, yr Erw garegog, Cae Cadwgan, Cae Merwyn, dryll y Collwyn, pwll y llivion, Gwergloedd Vechan, and y Gelli, all situated in Bodynfol, co. Mont., with proviso for redemption upon the payment of £206 upon the feast day of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in any of the years 1677, 1678, or 1679, with an annual payment of £12 by two equal portions at the feast days of St Michael the Archangel and the Annunciation.
