62 black and white photographs, mounted on card, of cabinets, bureaux and boxes designed by Ernest Gimson. The furniture includes corner cabinets, display cabinets, inlaid boxes decorated with animals and flowers, double fronted bureaux, and small bureaux on stands. The photographs are stamped with the studio mark of Dennis Moss, Cirencester. According to the "Ernest Gimson and the Arts and Crafts Movement in Leicester" website, Gimson never made a catalogue or advertised with a leaflet. Instead he had these photographs taken to be sent to potential clients, with instructions for their return.
