1. Guardians of the Poor of Conway Union.

2. The Secretary of the Public Works Loan Commissioners.

CHARGE on the Common Fund to secure £1170 and interest, in connection with the building of a Board Room and other alterations at the Workhouse.

Enclosed:

1. EXTRACT FROM REGISTER OF MORTGAGES re the above loan.

2. MINUTES of a meeting of the Board of Guardians, 2 Jan 1903 at which the above loan was agreed.

3. DECLARATION by the Clerk to the Guardians that he had witnessed the affixing of the seal to the above loan.

4. LETTER: Assistant Secretary, Public Works Loan Board, London, to the Conway Guardians returning the security (cancelled) for the above loan which has been fully paid. (18 Oct 1927)
