1.Guardians of the Poor of the Conway Union.

2. Secretary of the Public Works Loan Commissioners.

CHARGE on the Common Fund to secure £2,500 and further advances not exceeding £4,517 and interest for the purpose of making alterations and additions to the Workhouse.

Enclosed:

1. MINUTES of meeting of Guardians at which seal was affixed to the above mortgage deed of the Common Fund. 4 Oct 1901.

2. DECLARATION by the Clerk to the Guardians that he had witnessed the affixing of the seal.

3. EXTRACT from the Register of Mortgages on the Common Fund re above loan.
