Scope and Content

Copies of original films transferred to DVD by Screen and Sound Archive, National Library of Wales. The originals are now housed there.

F/2 - Opening Ceremony of Queensferry Bridge, November 1926. Pathe Gazette. Film purchased from M. Knowles Esq,. Tekmar Services, Technical and Marketing Consultancy, 6 Bath Street, Bath on 23 July 1984. British Pathe also have a copy of the newsreel and off-cuts on their website entitled: 'The New Gateway to Wales'.

F/3 - Unveiling of 1914-1918 War roll of honour at Holywell, c.1919. Copied from nitrate film (ANT/12/4). Original destroyed.

F/4 - Films of Wildlife (fox, badger, otter, shellduck etc.) taken near Gyrn Castle, Llanasa, c.1945-1950 [AN 1990]. See F/4 for detailed description.
