Lease and Release by 1 to 2 of a m. called Gerddibach, formerly part of Hendre, in p. Henllan Amgoed, to the use of 2, to the use of 3 in trust to bar dower for 2. Recites that John David the elder of Pencoed, dec., father of 1 and 2, delivered possession of the said m. to 2 and verbally agreed to convey the same to him but executed no conveyance and that the said m. passed by the will of the said John David, dated 22 Aug. 1818, together with his other real estate, to his other son, 1, and that 1 has agreed to convey the m. legally to 2. Seals.
