Floral Rugs, Squares and Borders

Small floral sketches and tracings from the late 19th century to mid 20th century. There are also a number of photocopies of designs and a few designs on pages removed from catalogues and other publications. There are designs by, amongst others, Frederick J. Mayers, Deubel & Gusching, Heiden & Hübner, W. E. Taylor, Souchet & Guerin and Comte. There are also photocopies of designs by or in the style of Silver Studio. Many of the designs are attached in multiples to single sheets of backing paper, and where this is the case, no dominant colour has been recorded.
