Pleased that she is still considering a Xmas trip to Berlin; thinks she will be interested in the 'teachers' courses' (see letter of 2.5.88); thinks both lecturers and students are on a higher level than Cambridge tripos candidates; great disadvantage all the students there are teachers engaged in teaching all the morning; too much of a strain for many.
