1. David Runwa Paynter of Pembroke, esq, and Sophia Catherine, nee Price, his wife, the daughter and heiress of Howell Price, late of Berthlwydd, esq, and Catherine, Baroness Aylmer.

DEED to lead the uses of a fine to be levied at the Great Sessions of Carmarthenshire of Froodvale, Penybont, Pwllywyber, Cillwr, Cwmyrhelem and Escer, Gilfachyrhew, Cwmdiviog, Brynne, Cwmtwrch vizt Wainfellen, Llwyncelyn, Byarth y Oen, Frongoch, Tallard, Tyle Howell or Glantowy and Cynnilbach in the parishes of Llandilofawr, Llanfynith, Conwyl-gaio, Tally, Llanfair ar y Bryn, Llandilo Mothvey, Llanwrda and Llansawell. Trustees to dispose of properties to pay off mortgages of £2600 and interest to Frederick Jones of Brecon, esq, and of £2000 and interest to John Grey of Milford, master mariner, and to render £500 to David Runwa Paynter, and £200 to Sophia Catherine Paynter. The unsold properties to the held in trust for Sophia Catherine Paynter and for the maintenance and education of her children, Howell Price Paynter, James Aylmer Paynter, David William Paynter, Frederick Paynter, Sophia Louisa Paynter and Rose Caroline Paynter.

MEMORANDUM that by a deed poll Sophia Catherine Paynter appoints one sixth of the premises comprised in the above settlement, that remain unsold, excepting Cillwr, in trust for her daughter Sophia Louisa Paynter.
