APPOINTMENT by Sophia Catherine Paynter to Frederick William Aylmer and John Reade in trust of a one sixth share of premises named in a settlement of 19 May, 1830, that remain unsold, namely Brynne, Cwmtwrch, viz Wainfellen, Llwyncelyn, Frongoch, Tallard, Tyle Howell or Glayntowy and Cynwilbach in the parishes of Llansawell, Cayo, Llandilo, Mothvey and Llanwrda, but subject with the 5 other shares to the payment of a mortgage debt of £2600 to Frederick Jones, for her daughter, Sophia Louisa Paynter, on her intended marriage to Henry John Caldwell, esq, only son of Sir John Caldwell, Bart. Recited in part are a settlement of 19 May 1830, a release of 16 August 1830, a fine levied at Great Sessions on 13 August 1830, a release of 7 September 1830, and the sale of premises according to the settlement of May 1830.
