Mortgage for £2,000 of the capital m. called Ty mwya yn gharreg y dinas with the garden called Gardd y Pistill, the m. called Tu lleian yn ngharreg y dinas, the garden called Yr ardd tu issa and the dwelling house called Tû yn lletty ithel, and fields and parcels of lands, in p. Llanglynnin, co. Caern., and fields called Werglodd ucha, Werglodd issa alias ffridd bach, Y ffrith buarth rhug, and ffrith nesa yr mynydd, Cae tu ucha yr Gwruch, Cae tu issa'r Gwruch, yr erw bach and ffrith yr havotty in p. Gyffin, co. Caern., and the dwelling houses, etc., which were heretofore in the estate of Jane Holland otherwise Rogers in the town and borough of Conway, with seats and burying places belonging to the said m., in the parish churches of Llanglynnin, Gyffin and Conway, co. Caern., all the m's and lands purchased by Sir Edward Lloyd, bart, dec., the great uncle of the said Sir Edward Pryce Lloyd of John Ellis formerly of Glanywern in p. Llandrillo, co. Denb., gent., dec., the m. and lands called Bodyddon in p. Llanfyllin, and a m. and lands in t. Cornorion in p. Pennant, co. Mont.
