Settlement after the marriage of the said Bell Lloyd and Anne his wife of the lordship or manor of Prestmeade otherwise Presteigne Grange in p's Presteigne and Norton with m's and lands thereto belonging, the capital m. and lands called Boultibrook in p's Norton, the capital m. and lands called the Greathouse in the town of Presteign, a parcel of land behind the greathouse, land called the Fiddle farm in Scotland Street in the said town, lands called the Slough Ground, the Vicarage Close and the Kings piece, p. Radnor, a m., lands and mills in p. Llanhegley, the m. and lands called Castle Timcath in p. Llanano, co. Rad., lands called the Passes Meadow, the great Meadow, Three Mens Math and the Red Meadow in t. Stapleton in the said p. Presteign, Herefordshire, other lands in Stapleton, a m. and lands in Frog Street in Stapleton, the m. and lands called Stockyn Farm in t. Willey and Stockyn in p's Norton and Presteign, Herefordshire, tithes of the said lands in Norton and Presteign, and a rent of 20s. issuing out of land adjoining Saint Marys Mills in Norton aforesaid, all which were the inheritance of Elizabeth Price, mother of Adam Price, then of the said Adam Price and Edward Price, the latter's son who was father of the said Anne, wife of Bell Lloyd; the capital m. and lands called Glanmiheley, the m's and lands called Glanmule and the New Invention, p. Kerry; and the Bodfach estate in p's Llanfyllin, Myvod and Guilsfield, co. Mont., as specified in nos 140-1 dated 2-3 February 1761.
