Administrative / Biographical History

C.W. Catt served in the Signals, Tanganyika, Kenya and Italian Somaliland, 1939-1941, and East Africa Signals Training, Kenya, 1941-1942. In the early 1970s he worked for the Industrial Development Corporation of Zambia Ltd. (INDECO).
