Scope and Content

Time and wages records of H & A Scott Limited, Textile Manufacturers, including Time book 1880-1881; papers relating to wage rates 1904-1919 which includes (1) Copy of report by Armitage & Norton C.A., on the cost of J.C. Duffies & Nephew, Garden Works, Dundee. 1917., and (2) Accounts paid. 1906-1908. Also contains wages books for period 1916-1952; Power loom wages lists for period 1940-1942; Weavers wages lists for period 1946-1950; and additional wages books for 1945-1946, and 1956-1957.
