Plans for each sale are included, as are lists of field names for the farms and state of cultivation. Each catalogue has been signed by William Gilbertson.

Commonplace book containing the following: lists of sheriffs, under-sheriffs and recorders for the county of Glamorgan, 1541-1818, and fair-copy examples of the forms of a wide variety of deeds and legal documents. These appear to have been collected as a study aid, perhaps by a solicitor in training. They are taken from real documents, but in most cases the names of parties are either redacted or reduced to initials. The documents are indexed at the end of the volume.NAS Z 92/1

Catalogue for the sale of freehold and leasehold properties at Skewen, Neath Abbey and Bryncoch, including colliery lands, unworked coal lying beneath 205 acres and houses called Bryn Derwen, Goshen, no. 1 Maesyllan and Woodlands, a smallholding called Bath Cottage, the Main Colliery Offices, 4.25 acres of woodland and a wagon repairing shop; also 59 houses let at rack rentals in Dynevor Road, Tai Level, Villiers Road, Primrose Bank, Bryncoch, Coombe Street, Dryma Road, etc.; also building plots and freehold ground rents. Sold at the Castle Hotel, Neath, by order of the court in an action involving the Main Colliery Company Ltd. Includes plans of the lots for sale.
