Commonplace book containing the following: lists of sheriffs, under-sheriffs and recorders for the county of Glamorgan, 1541-1818, and fair-copy examples of the forms of a wide variety of deeds and legal documents. These appear to have been collected as a study aid, perhaps by a solicitor in training. They are taken from real documents, but in most cases the names of parties are either redacted or reduced to initials. The documents are indexed at the end of the volume.NAS Z 92/1

Volume containing three sales catalogues for parts of the Neath Abbey and Dyffryn Estates in the parish of Cadoxton-juxta-Neath, including the following: particulars for the sale of part of the Neath Abbey Estate (the part immediately to the north and west of Neath Abbey village) a total of 5566a 2r 29p, to be sold at Garraways Coffee Shop, London, 7 June 1837; particulars for the sale of a further portion of the Neath Abbey Estate, including more dispersed farms to the north of the previous part sold, a total of 2401a 1r 15p, to be sold at the Mackworth Arms, Swansea, 4 July 1838; and particulars for the sale of the Dyffryn Estate, including Dyffryn Demesne and adjoining farms, in the parishes of Cadoxton-juxta-Neath and Cilybebyll, to be sold at Garraway's Coffee House, London, 30 Aug. 1853. Plans for each sale are included, as are lists of field names for the farms and state of cultivation. Each catalogue has been signed by William Gilbertson.NAS Z 92/2
