One of the roles on the Printmakers Council's governing committee was the treasurer. The main source of Printmakers Council income was membership subscriptions and exhibition entries, although in the 1960s and 1970s they also received a grant from the Arts Council. The Gulbenkian Foundation gave a £9000 per annum award between 1983-5 and the Henry Moore Foundation gave £4000 for the succeeding two years. Fundraising events were also held to boost AAD/2015/8 income. There was a debate whether to charge members to advertising in AAD/2015/8 newssheets.
