Scope and Content

The photograph shows a middle-aged bearded gentleman seated at a desk with a young lady standing behind and to the right of him. The lady has her arm rested on the back of the chair the gentleman is seated on. The lady is wearing a hat similar to those that became the rage in 1890s onwards.
