Administrative / Biographical History

The National Army Museum is a Charity registered with the Charity Commission, and was accorded devolved status under the terms of the National Heritage Act 1983. The Museum's main sponsor, the Army, provides Grant-in-Aid to the Museum in order to support the Museum in its aims to engage and inspire the public, support education and research, and provide a historical context to the British Army and British military history.
