Year Books.

Gives detailed information relating to the origin, history and position of the joint stock companies and public securities known to markets in the UK. [Later copies of Stock Exchange Official Year Book, 1934-1964, also kept at Ninewells Library, Dundee.]

The Dundee Stock Exchange was formed in 1879. In 1964 the Association became a member of the Scottish Stock Exchange while still operating at local level until 1971 when all four local Scottish Stock Exchanges closed completely. Since then all trading has been through the Scottish Stock Exchange.

Open for consultation subject to preservation requirements. Access must also conform to the restrictions of the Data Protection Act (2018), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2018) and any other relevant legislation or restrictions. Clinical information is closed for 100 years.

The records were deposited by Parsons & Co, Dundee, in 1978 (AccM/057, AccM/063).
