Agreements and correspondence concerning Union representation in the Corby works.

Division 4 is an administrative division of the Iron and Steel Trades Confederation Executive Council and represents a distinct geographical area with its divisional office in Birmingham. Within Division 4 are local branches based on the workplace unit. There were seven divisions of the ISTC in all, each with its own divisional officer. There were also Divisional Committees which met each half year.
