John Vickers' Photographic Work

This class contains the photographs and negatives taken by John Vickers throughout his career. The images cover Vickers' portrait work, his theatre photography, his work creating advertising images for a variety of companies and his interest in trick or special effects photography. There are also Vickers' glass plate negatives, many of which replicate or complement the proof prints in this class and some of Vickers' photography equipment.
