Discussion papers and minutes from Tayside Health Council, concerning practical problems of re-organisation: management structures; redeployment and re-employment of staff; re-definition of Districts; problems of delegation. Also changing role of support services; Whitley Council Negotiations; Pharmaceutical, psychiatric, and dental services.
