O. Manger, 1909; to William John Penhale, 1922 and to Mrs Mary Jane Tucker, 1926; purchase of the freehold by Mary Jane Tucker, 1927; conveyance to Mrs Mary Davies, 1937; certificate of renumbering/renaming dated 18 Dec. 1935, and abstract of title dated 1989
