Mon., which 1 lately purchased of Thomas Treharne and Gladdis, his wife, and John William Prosser and Kathereine, his wife, a m. and 2 parcels of land of which the m. was late in the tenure of Thomas Morris of Llangevewe, a close of land called The Berlan, a m. and 7 parcels of land late in the occupation of George Lawrence, a m. and 2 parcels of land late in the occupation of Richard Jenking, and all the m's now in the occupation of Christopher Proberte of Penalt, co. Mon., and Anne, his wife, which were late in the possession of Roger Harry, the former husband, now dec., of the said Anne, all which property is in p's Llangevewe and Llangome, co. Mon., to the use of 1, for life, then to his wife, Sara, for life, then to their heirs, and in default to the right heirs of 1.
