Scope and Content

Extracts from an account book kept by the churchwardens of Broad Blunsdon, Wilts., 1606-99, and preserved in the church there in 1837 (fol. v); transcribed partly in facsimile by Akerman. Letter of Sir Thomas Phillipps to Akerman, 15 May 1851, thanking him for the loan of the transcript and offering to subscribe for five copies should it be printed, fols. ii-iii verso.
