Scope and Content

Gay Week was a weekly newspaper set up by Doug Pollard and was affectionately known as 'Gweek'. This newspaper reports on events such as members of the Gay Christian Movement being ejected from a Festival of Light Rally in London, the Church of England's ideas about homosexuality and campaign to free Bill Walker, who has been imprisoned for Buggery with Consent. The newspapers also contain adverts for events and meetings for LGBT people.
