Records of members meetings

These are principally records of regular members’ meetings, but with records of annual meetings, council meetings and special meetings added. Balance sheets (either pasted in or copied in) feature throughout, as do press cuttings relating to meetings and excursions. Some original letters occasionally appear as paste ins. Records of members are given at the back of some volumes; these are often annotated to show death or resignation of members as well as the election of new members.
