Minute book of meeting of proprietors of the Glasgow Argus. 1833, has bound with it pamphlet Dr MacKay and the Glasgow Argus and correspondence between the proprietors of the Glasgow Argus and Dr Charles MacKay, former editor of the journal. Concerns dispute over MacKay's intention to edit a rival daily newspaper in Glasgow in direct opposition to the proprietors' political views, whilst on the staff of the Glasgow Argus. [Photocopy].
