Administrative / Biographical History

These papers comprise the editorial files of the Penguin Company, and consist of a separate file for each published work. These files contain correspondence with the editor or author relating to publishing and copyright issues. Occasionally additional material such as detailed correspondence or photographs are included. The files are stored in Penguin book number order and later in International Standard Book Number (ISBN) order.

Arrangement

The files are arranged in three separate DM entries according to the time they were received at Bristol: DM 1107, DM 1852, and DM 1951.
