Pre-registration title deeds relating to property in Morris Lane, later renamed King's Lane, Swansea. The deeds include abstract of title of Messrs. Perrott to a freehold house in Morris's Lane in the town of Swansea, 1839 (including a site plan and reciting deeds back to 1791); conveyance by lease and release of the property to John Edmond, described as a messuage or dwellinghouse situate in Morris's Lane in Swansea
now or late in the occupation of Margaret Davies, widow, dated 30-31 July 1839; abstract of title and conveyance of a piece of land on the south side of Morris Lane and the Strand, Swansea, on which a house and stable once stood called the Royal Oak, but which has long since been pulled down, from Francis Walrond Middleton Abadam to William Edmond of Windsor Lodge, Swansea, esq., dated 27 Jan. 1880; conveyance of both pieces of land to Thomas Benjamin Brown of High Street, Swansea, butcher, dated 16 Mar. 1885; and plan and elevation of an office and delivery office, possibly later built on the premises, but not otherwise identified or dated.
