Minute book of the Sheffield Female Anti-Slavery Society, 12 July 1825-8 October 1833. The Society was founded as the Auxiliary Society for the Relief of Negro Slaves, instituted at Sheffield on 21 June 1825. The minute book contains the founding resolutions recorded at the first meeting on 12 July 1825, and the concluding report of the Society read at the final meeting on 8 October 1833.
